Interval Training is a scientific approach to getting the most out of your workout. By pushing yourself in intervals, or smaller chunks of time, you build your endurance without breaking your body down. It's a great method for boosting cardiovascular fitness as well as strength. Join us at Kezar Stadium or Stowe Lake in beautiful Golden Gate Park on Tuesday mornings at 6:30 am and Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm. Sign up for one, two, three or four of our add-on training sessions. The more you sign up, the less they cost.
