I use this water bottle on my longer runs. I like that you don't actually have to hold it - the pack fits snugly enough around your hand (and is adjustable) that it just sits against your palm while you run. The pocket isn't very big, but I stuff a pack of Gu Chomps in there. The water bottle itself is pretty standard - easy enough to drink out of without having to open it with your other hand.
