Along with a long list of heart-rate information, this HRM includes an S1 foot pod for instant speed and distance data, and you can upload your data to the Polar Running Coach online for analysis. This monitor also determines what heart-rate zones you should strive for, your calories burned, and tests to make sure you’re recovered enough for the next session. It offers visual and audio alarms, interval timers, and the ability for you to program your own Exercise Sets. It even encodes wireless data to prevent cross-talk from someone else’s HRM.
