Be the new Jane Bond with the 405 Forerunner. This little gadget is way more than a sport watch. It’s got GPS and keeps track of an incredible amount of training data, which it wirelessly uploads to your computer. The touch-screen is fast and easy to use, even while moving, and you can race against the little person in the watch (you set how fast, of course!) You also have the option to participate in Garmin’s online community, which can references the training logs you have saved. Uber-cool! Best of all, with that GPS, you never have to worry about getting lost.

I'm rating it as good, because I have not used all of the functions yet. I have not downloaded my runs to my computer yet. I love the fact that I can create my runs on the fly now. I can just take off and know exactly how far I have run. I really like the virtual partner. The touch bezel is nice, but I have bumped it a few times and had to fumble with it to get back to my original screen. I now know how to lock it so that I do not have that problem. It is not as bulky as I though which is good. You can set locations with it since it has GPS. If you get lost, it will direct back to your start point. I recommend it.
