I love this bra. I wear a 40G in Wacoal, I'm 5'2" and I purchased a size 4 in this bra. It works well for me. not too snug but snug enough for good support. I can breath and not feel too compressed or trapped. I use it for walking and weight lifting. I am not a runner but i think it would support well for running. I'm going to buy another one. Just wish there was more colors ..like pink!

This bra is fantastic for larger breasted women! As a trail runner (with a G cup)I don't feel the bounce and am very comfortable running, even downhill, in this bra. A major plus is that support seems to pull from the back so you do not have straps digging into your shoulders. Coverage is very large so I tend to wear my t-back tanks with it and it appears more like I'm wearing a second tank underneath. The down side for me is the seam up front, it does show through the shirt so you can't wear it as a t-shirt bra, but overall, larger cup sizes in running bras are difficult to find and am happy I found this one. See Jane used to have it in pink which was nice because we larger women don't have alot of color/style options and appreciate having choices!
