Women's Adrenaline GTS 11 Running Shoe by Brooks

Runner's World says this is the best update to a shoe in its winter 2010 running guide. The new Adrenaline GTS builds on the much ballyhooed fit and feel of the 10, while adding a dynamic arch saddle and better conforming materials. MIDSOLE

• BioMoGo: Brooks took the long-lasting cushioning of the MoGo midsole and made it more environmentally friendly by adding a non-toxic, natural additive to the MoGo compound that encourages anaerobic microbes to munch away once it hits an active, enclosed landfill.
