I am a new runner (142# avg 10.2 min mile) and after a lot of pain discovered I am a fore foot runner and the heavy heels/gel heels were killing my feet. These shoes are great, comfortable and light weight!

I LOVE these shoes, just bought my second pair (begin the hording). I have run my best times and distance in these shoes. I run on pavement, trail, and treadmill. Absolutely NO PAIN or discomfort anywhere. About me: Female, 48 yrs old, 185 lbs (yes old and slow and heavy). I run 16 miles per week (when not training). Run 5k, 10k and am training for 1/2 marathon in August. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these shoes to run in, will never wear regular shoes again!
