Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)


Q: Are race registrations included in my training fee?
A: No. You will get a discount for See Jane Run events. We will notify you if discounts apply for other races as soon as you register to train with us.

Q: Is attendance at all workouts mandatory?
A: No, but you know you’ll be glad you came.

Q: If I just attend just your workouts will I be ready for a marathon?
A. Possibly. But the more workouts you do, the better you’ll feel, so we’ll provide you with additional workouts to do between sessions.

Q: Can I get a discount on the program if I can only attend some workouts?
A: Sorry, no discounts. Our instructors and facilities are booked for every session, no matter how many people attend.

Q: Can I get a refund for the program?
A: Sorry. Once you sign up, refunds will not be granted.

Q: Where are the workout locations?
A: Team members receive emails and a manual with locations and directions.

Q: How will I be notified of team events, training session changes or weather cancellations?
A: Once you are signed up on the team, you are automatically added to the current training session’s email list. Please check your email regularly. You can also email fellow teammates to arrange carpools, etc.
