Rogue - Half Marathon Training

Locations: Downtown, Anderson HS (central) and Cedar Park (north)
Level: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced

Training Details

Training programs offered in partnership with Rogue Running Austin’s premier training group for all runners of all levels. Three choices of training: 16 week, 8 week and online only.

Training classes:
• meet 3 times per week
   -- 1 day of quality/ track workout
   -- 1 weekend day for long run
   -- 1 day of core strengthening
• weekly online training schedule
• group online forum
• access to coaches
• Rogue Running tech tee

Training Start Date: 16 week will begin on June 11

online training starts anytime

Online Training

The online training will include:
• video conference weekly with coach
• workouts explained in detail
• each week has different topic focus
• daily workout schedule
• consultation / orientation with coach before starting program
• unlimited email correspondence
