At See Jane Run, we believe in supporting the health and welfare of all women, which is why a portion of the proceeds from every event we sponsor goes to a cause we love.

Race for the Cure

See Jane Run is proud to be a platinum sponsor of the Race for the Cure in Boise, ID on May 10, 2008. The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Series is the largest series of 5K run/fitness walks in the world. In 2008, races will be held in more than 100 U.S. cities and three foreign countries with over 1.5 million participants expected. Learn more about the cause at Komen Race for the Cure.

Hope Runs

See Jane Run collects gently used, clean running shoes for Hope Runs, who ships the shoes to Kenya and Tanzania and gives them to children who otherwise walk barefoot or in flip flops. Learn more at HopeRuns.org. Check out the kids’ blog at TumainiKids.blogspot.com.

Boise Rescue Mission

Since 1958 the Boise Rescue mission has served the homeless of the Treasure Valley. They offer residential recovery programs in Boise and Nampa, and they serve an average of over 200 men, women and children per night in shelters. Daily they serve over 300 meals.

Compass Community Services

Compass Community Services provides housing, education and employment services to San Francisco homeless and at-risk families. The agency's four programs support more than 3,000 parents and children each year in their efforts to achieve stability and self-sufficiency.

Girl’s Inc. is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring all girls to “be strong, smart and bold.” Girl’s Inc. provides innovative programs to help girls confront subtle societal messages about their value and potential and prepare them to lead successful, independent, and fulfilling lives.
