Komen Race for the Cure Series is the largest series of 5K run/fitness walks in the world. Since 1958 the Boise Rescue mission has served the homeless of the Treasure Valley. They offer residential recovery programs in Boise and Nampa, and they serve an average of over 200 men, women and children per night in shelters. Daily they serve over 300 meals.
Compass Community Services provides housing, education and employment services to San Francisco homeless and at-risk families. The agency's four programs support more than 3,000 parents and children each year in their efforts to achieve stability and self-sufficiency.
