HOW TO QUALIFY:
Go to our See Jane Run Facebook page and enter the sweepstakes on the promotion tab. You'll be prompted at the end to invite at least 3 of your friends to enter the sweepstakes for a chance to win a FREE race entry and shoes for you and 3 of your friends.

PRIZES:
Sweepstakes: One free entry to the Nike Women’s Half or Full Marathon in San Francisco on October 17 2010 and a pair of Nike shoes per winner.
ELIGIBILITY:
Sweepstakes and lottery open to legal residents of the United States who have reached the age of majority in his/her state of residency and who have a valid e-mail address. Owners, employees and immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings and children and their spouses) of Janes World Inc. and their respective affiliates or subsidiaries, promotion and advertising agencies, and any other company involved with the design, production or execution of the promotion are not eligible to participate.
WINNER SELECTION:
Sweepstakes ends on August 31. Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by September 6 and will be notified by via email. The prize winners must claim the prize by responding to the prize notification e-mail with the information requested, which is necessary to validate eligibility and deliver the prize. Failure to claim the prize within ten (10) days of prize notification will result in the prize being forfeited by the winner. Sponsor, at its discretion, may or may not award a forfeited prize to another entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected or stolen mail, or unsafe arrival of a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are altered, defective, delayed, deleted, destroyed, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, invalid, late, lost, misrouted, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized or unintelligible; or any printing, production, technical, electronic or other errors; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; on-line traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmission; undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering; insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of Sponsor or its agents (collectively "Invalid Entries").
All Invalid Entries will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting on entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail address is registered. All materials submitted become the property of See Jane Run and will not be returned participating entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and lottery. By accepting the prize(s), winner(s) acknowledges that he/she is eligible to claim a prize and consents to the use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Any tax liability is the responsibility of the winner. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service. Winner, by acceptance of prize, agrees to release Janes World., its affiliate companies, subsidiaries, and agencies from any and all liabilities for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons or properties which may be sustained in connection with the prize or any prize-related activity. As a condition of entering, participant agrees that all disputes arising out of this promotion shall be resolved without resort to litigation. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event of unavailability of stated prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION:
By entering the Sweepstakes and/or lottery, entrants release and hold Janes World harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Sweepstakes and/or lottery or participation in any Sweepstakes and/or lottery -related activity (including without limitation the removal from the site of, or discontinuation of access to, any materials), or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes and/or lottery, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.

For every in store Nike purchase from August 15 - September 15, you'll receive a lottery ticket for a chance to win a Nike Women's Marathon race entry (entry fee paid by participant). One winner will be selected from each store and will be announced on September 22.
