Jane University, with free clinics on triathlon fundamentals, nutrition, injury prevention, stretching, hydration and gear is included. See Jane Run provides participants a discount on running shoes, apparel, gear, and events. Gait analysis and bra fittings are always available at the stores.

“At 5’3” tall, wearing a size 16, I stopped standing on the sidelines and have since run marathons, cycled across country, and completed triathlons. Train with Jane helps everyday women realize their potential, have fun, and celebrate their milestones,” said Lori Shannon, president of See Jane Run. “Training with other women is powerful—and is what it takes for some women to get up, get moving, and reach the fitness level they’ve always dreamed of. It says it right in the Jane manifesto: Blisters heal, muscles recover, friendships last a lifetime.”
