Awards

We will hold a closing ceremony at 11:00 am. Prizes will be awarded onsite to the top 3 overall winners of the individual and relay events.

We will also be issuing prizes for the following age categories for the individual event. These will be given out at an award ceremony at our Oakland store on Thursday, June 16 from 5-7pm. If you are unavailable to pickup your prize, please email events

Age Categories include under 19, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+

Parking

The Crown Beach Parking lot @Shoreline & Otis is the main parking area closest to the start area. Due to the size of the event, the spaces will fill up quickly. There is also lots of street parking available nearby. Please leave AMPLE time to park and we encourage you to carpool with other participants. This lot has approximately 300 spots and ½ mile from the start line. THERE IS A $5 PARKING FEE. The lot will be closed from 7:30 am to 9:00 am for the start of all the races. You will not be able to park in this lot after 7:30 a.m.We encourage you to use our Women's Half Marathon Facebook group to arrange carpools with other participants.

From San Francisco
80/Bay Bridge towards Oakland
• Exit 880 South towards San Jose and Alameda
• Take 2nd exit on Broadway/Alameda
• Turn right at end of exit onto 5th. Follow signs.
• Travel through 1 light, then bear right towards Broadway/Alameda. Stay on 5th. Follow signs.
• Travel through 5 lights, then follow sign for a soft left to Alameda.
• Go through the tunnel.
• Follow rte. 61/Webster Street through Alameda (less than 1 mile.)
• Left on Central (continue to follow rte. 61)
• The start line is at Central and Eighth you can look for street parking here
Or continue on Central
• Turn right on Grand
• Turn right at Otis Drive
• Otis leads you directly into Crown Memorial State Beach Parking area

From Berkeley
980 West towards Downtown Oakland
• 880 South, exit toward Jackson Street, travel 1 mile
• Left on Jackson Street (you are looping around to get into the tunnel)
• Left on 8th Street
• Left on Webster
• Go through tunnel
• Follow rte. 61/Webster Street through Alameda (less than 1 mile.)
• Left on Central (continue to follow rte. 61)
• The start line is at Central and Eighth you can look for street parking here
Or continue on Central
• Turn right on Grand
• Turn right at Otis Drive
• Otis leads you directly into Crown Memorial State Beach Parking area

From San Jose
880 North
• Exit Davis Street, turn left on Davis at end of exit
• Turn right on Doolittle Drive
• Stay on Doolittle for 3.6 miles
• Stay right to go over the Bay Farm Island Bridge
• Stay on Otis Drive for 2 miles
• Otis leads you directly into Crown Memorial State Beach Parking area
