Free Shipping

See Jane Run now offers FREE shipping on ALL orders shipped in the continental US. See Jane Run will ship items the best way available based on location and weight of order. Items shipped Free will arrive in 7-10 days depending on method chosen. Free shipping applies to USPS Priority Mail only. Please see holiday delivery dates for more information.

Holiday Shipping

See Jane Run is committed to shipping your packages in time for you to receive them for your holiday celebrations. Please make note of any special needs when placing your order and we will do all that is humanly possible to get your your order to you by that date. Our shipping department will be open Mon-Sat 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m PST through Christmas or later if necessary to ensure our customers are properly served. Please don't hesitate to call us if you have any questions.

Please note the order dates to ensure packages arrive in time for Christmas. We can not guarantee delivery dates for free shipping option. This dates apply to in-stock items only.

Processing Your Order

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. At this time we do not offer shipping on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays except during from Thanksgiving through Christmas. Orders typically take from one (1) to five (5) business days to ship. If you have any questions or issues with your shipment, please contact us at orders@seejanerun.com or call 1-888-606-4394 Mon-Fri, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. PST.

You will not be charged for your purchase until the day we ship the items.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods to our customers. Delivery days apply’s to instock items only. You will be notified if an item is not in stock. Delivery days are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you need your product quickly, please put the details in the notes and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. All orders are shipped out of California.

USPS Priority or 1st Class Mail (7-10 days)
UPS Ground (7-10 days)
UPS 3-Day Select (5-7 days)
UPS 2nd Day Air (4-6 days)

Standard Shipping

Our standard method of delivery of orders is USPS and UPS service. Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the day they are shipped.

Expedited Shipping

We offer Next Day shipping and 2nd Day shipping for many items. Expedited shipping is not available for items shipped to PO boxes or APO/FPO destinations. Please remember that expedited shipping applies to the day your order ships. See delivery times above.

No Sales Tax!

We do charge sales tax to residents of California and Idaho. All other states and Countries are excluded.

Shipping in Multiple Packages

If your order includes several items they may ship separately and at different times so that we can get your items to you as efficiently as possible. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know which items have shipped and which items remain to be shipped. You will only get charged for shipping one time.

International Orders

International Shipping

We offer shipping to most countries at this time. Please note that International shipping can take 3-7 weeks to arrive depending on location. See Jane Run is NOT responsible for any customs fees that may apply to your shipment. See Jane Run is also not responsible for any lost or delayed packages.

Please note the following rules on international orders
• Free shipping is within the United States ONLY.
• We Ship all international packages via USPS.
• We state the selling price and actual description of the product on the customs declaration form.

International Payment Methods

Pay Pal is the preferred payment for International orders. This method eliminates the extra time of verifying credit card information through your bank.

See Jane Run accepts payment from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. Most international credit card companies do not participate in address and security code verification in the U.S. To expedite all international credit cards we will need the follwing information.

* A copy of the front & back side of the credit card used at order placement (Scanned or faxed)

*Verification of your billing address

*Signed Consent note to process order on the credit card & to ship to indicated address.

All funds must clear our bank before items can be shipped out. This generally takes 2-3 business days.

If we do not hear from you within 2 business days, your order will be canceled.

Declared Value

See Jane Run is required by law to properly declare the full value of any and all items in a shipment. See Jane Run will also not label the contents of a package as anything other than merchandise. We understand that this declared value directly affects the import fees that the customer is responsible for upon delivery, but we will not declare a package for a lower amount as it is illegal and unethical for us to do so.

There are no exceptions to this policy

Brands & Item Restrictions

There are a few brands that See Jane Run cannot & will not ship internationally. This is due to either a Manufacturer or Dealer Agreement forbidding such exportation of their product.

The customer will be notified via e-mail in the event that an ordered item will not be able to be shipped internationally. Please add orders@seejanerun.com to ensure you are receiving our email communications.
