See Jane Run Half Marathon Training

Training Details

Train for your first or your tenth half marathon with See Jane Run. Join us and Stephanie Atwood of WOW and train for the See Jane Run Half Marathon on June 5th, 2011.

12 weeks of training includes Tuesday evening tempo and strength training workouts and Saturday long runs, run/walks or fitness walks. Our training program consists of 3 weekly runs and 2 - 3 days of cross training per week. You will receive a more detailed training schedule once your registration and payment have been received.
