My name is Crista Luedtke and I am a residential Mortgage Broker by day. I have been with SJR as a participant and have completed 2 sprints and 1 Olympic Tri. Last year I joined SJR as a mentor and had a really amazing time providing support for women in various aspects of their training, both from a physical and mental perspective. I am most confident as a cyclist but have developed a liking for all aspects of the tri and ways to push through the difficult challenges of each one. I hope to be able to make some great connections again this season.
