Shipping is FREE!

See Jane Run now offers FREE shipping on most non-sale items shipped in the continental US.  We reserve the right to ship best way when free shipping has been chosen. See Jane Run will ship items the best way available based on location and weight of order. Items shipped Free will arrive in 3-10 days. We process and ship orders Monday through Sunday and most items go out the day they are ordered. If you have any questions or issues with your shipment, please contact us at orders@seejanerun.com or call 1-888-606-4394 Mon-Fri,11 a.m.-7 p.m. PST.  You will not be charged for your purchase until the day we ship the items.

We do charge sales tax to residents of California. We send a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order leaves our warehouse.

Holiday Shipping

See Jane Run is committed to shipping your packages in time for you to receive them for your holiday celebrations. Please make note of any special needs when placing your order and we will do all that is humanly possible to get your your order to you by that date. Our shipping department will be open Mon-Sat 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m PST through Christmas or later if necessary to ensure our customers are properly served. Please don't hesitate to call us if you have any questions.

Please note the order dates to ensure packages arrive in time for Christmas. We can not guarantee delivery dates for free shipping option. This dates apply to in-stock items only. 

  • FREE Shipping: December 15
  • Fed Ex 2nd Day Air: December 19
  • Fed Ex Overnight : December 20

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods to our customers. Delivery days apply’s to instock items only. You will be notified if an item is not in stock. Delivery days are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you need your product quickly, please put the details in the notes and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. All orders are shipped out of California. 

  • USPS Priority or 1st Class Mail (3-10 days)
  • Fed Ex 2nd Day Air (2-4 days)
  • Fed Ex Overnight (1-3 days)

International Orders

See Jane Run has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com

  • Which countries to you ship to? International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from See Jane Run. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses. If you are Shipping to Canada, please use the See Jane Run checkout to complete your order.
  • Declared Value: See Jane Run is required by law to properly declare the full value of any and all items in a shipment. See Jane Run will also not label the contents of a package as anything other than merchandise. We understand that this declared value directly affects the import fees that the customer is responsible for upon delivery, but we will not declare a package for a lower amount as it is illegal and unethical for us to do so.There are no exceptions to this policy.
  • Brands & Item Restrictions: There are a few brands that See Jane Run cannot & will not ship internationally. This is due to either a Manufacturer or Dealer Agreement forbidding such exportation of their product.The customer will be notified via e-mail in the event that an ordered item will not be able to be shipped internationally. Please add orders@seejanerun.com to ensure you are receiving our email communications.

 

Returns

Online

At See Jane Run we will give you a complete refund, store credit or exchange on anything you purchased from us that has not been washed or worn. No questions asked. ( shipping costs not included ) 

  • We fully guarantee that our merchandise is free of manufacturing defects. But if your purchase is determined to be defective – hey it happens – we will give you a complete refund. Honest. Defective items must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
  • Full Price Items: To receive a full refund you will need to send the merchandise back within 60 days of the mail order ship date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Return items received after 60 days qualify for an exchange or See Jane Run Gift Card. No returns after 90 days. 
  • Sale Items: To receive a full refund you will need to send the merchandise back within 30 days of the mail order ship date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Return items received after 30 days qualify for an exchange or See Jane Run Gift Card. No returns after 60 days. 
  • Electronics: All electronics must be in NEW condition with all packaging, paperwork and parts included and intact. Items must be returned in a separate box with the appropriate protection to avoid any damage. We recommend purchasing insurance for your return as See Jane Run is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. 
  • Shoes: Shoes must NOT be worn outside and be free of any dirt and/or debris. All shoes must be returned in their original packaging. Please ship shoes back in a separate box. Original shoe boxes need to be unmarked and in good condition.
  • Exchanges: Continental U.S: Shipping for first exchange of an item is free. All exchange thereafter, the customer is responsible for full shipping and handling charges. International/Non-Continental US: Customers will be charged for all shipping costs for exchanges including customs and other duties that may apply. 
  • There will be a restocking fee assessed for items returned in packaging that has been damaged (i.e. shipping labels on shoe boxes, torn packaging, missing instructions, etc). 

For your convenience, online purchases may also be returned to any See Jane Run retail store. We currently have locations in northern California.

To make an online return, please use the return form that came with your shipment and include a copy of the packing slip or invoice when sending an online return back to us. You should see a credit within a 10-days of your return.

In-store returns

  • We take shoe fittings very seriously. However, if you feel you were not fitted properly, by all means please bring your shoes back so you can be properly fitted with shoes that work for your feet, your sport and your passion. 
  • ALL returns MUST be accompanied with a receipt for a refund. If no receipt yes the sale of the items is in our system under your name, then a we can issue a return or exchange.
